Marvin Promotes Innovation Leader to Vice President Role

, a premium manufacturer of windows and doors, has announced a leadership promotion for Lindsay Schroder to vice president of strategy execution. In her new role, Schroeder will lead the company’s strategic execution efforts, translating plans into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving successful implementation to achieve Marvin’s transformational organizational goals.

In her almost two decades with Marvin, Schroeder has held leadership responsibilities across Marvin’s manufacturing business, including engineering, plant management, new ventures and operations. Most recently, she served as the senior director of the company’s Transformation Management Office, where she guided execution of strategic initiatives, including managing interdependencies, resourcing and governance. Schroeder also led the release of , a first-of-its kind, award-winning automated window and door solution.

Schroeder will partner closely with company leadership to ensure strategic oversight, alignment and successful execution of Marvin’s long-term strategic plan. She will also serve as Marvin’s strategic intelligence leader, offering insights and counsel based on industry trends.
