Nations Roof LLC, a leading U.S.-based commercial听roo铿乶g contractor, today announced its acquisition of Preferred Roo铿乶g Services, LLC, a commercial roo铿乶g provider operating in the Greater Cleveland area. This marks Nations鈥� 铿乺st acquisition in its ongoing strategy to expand its service offerings and geographic reach. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1973, Preferred Roo铿乶g Services has earned a strong reputation for providing high-quality commercial and industrial roo铿乶g services throughout Northeast Ohio鈥� including Akron, Canton, and Youngstown鈥攁s well as select national accounts for over 50 years. The company鈥檚 experienced team provides complete roof replacements, repairs, and preventive maintenance services.
The acquisition brings together Preferred鈥檚 deep regional expertise and customer relationships with Nations Roof鈥檚 national scale and service capabilities. This move further strengthens Nations Roof鈥檚 position as a leading national provider of commercial roo铿乶g services and commitment to continued growth. Craig Hartman and Brian Miller will continue as President and Vice President of the company respectively.

The acquired company will operate under the name Preferred Roo铿乶g Services, LLC, a Nations Roof Company through the remainder of 2025, before transitioning to the Nations Roof brand beginning in 2026, and customer contacts will remain unchanged.
