Nation’s Best names new regional vice presidents

has welcomed two seasoned leaders, Chad Wilson and Kim Peffley, as Regional Vice Presidents. Their decades of industry experience will further strengthen the company’s rapidly expanding operations.
Chad Wilson joins as the Regional Vice President for the East Region, bringing a wealth of retail management expertise from companies like Best Buy and Ace Hardware. At Ace, Chad served as District Manager in Florida for eight years and Regional Manager in New England for four years, helping independent business owners optimize their operations and elevate the customer experience. Most recently, as Director of Operations for an 11-store Ace Hardware chain in North Florida, he focused on improving store models and customer care. Chad’s proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth will be invaluable as he leads Nation’s Best’s East Region.
Kim Peffley brings over 30 years of home improvement industry leadership to her role as Regional Vice President of the North Region. Starting in her family’s True Value store, Kim later managed a multi-store Ace Hardware operation as General Manager, where she implemented development programs, merchandising standards, and modernization projects, significantly boosting sales and reducing expenses. Most recently, as Director of Organizational Development and Consulting for the North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA), she worked closely with retailers to elevate team performance. At Nation’s Best, Kim will focus on operational excellence, workforce development, and strategic growth for the North Region.
