True Value has announced the promotion of Chris Gongora-Davis to General Operations Manager at its Springfield, OR warehouse, effective immediately. 

“Chris has shown exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to operational excellence throughout his time with True Value,” said Steve Rose, Vice President of Logistics. “His impressive track record in improving warehouse operations, leading multiple teams, and fostering a culture of safety and success makes him a natural fit for this position. We look forward to seeing Chris continue to drive performance and results in this new leadership role.” 

Born and raised in the Northwest, Chris brings 17 years of warehousing experience to his new role. He has successfully led teams in Shipping, Inventory, Stocking, Office Management, and Inbound/Outbound Operations. His dedication to excellence was recognized when he earned four consecutive Pinnacle awards as the Inbound/Outbound Manager in Springfield. Chris’ passion for leadership, coaching for success, and improving operational performance has made a significant impact on the team and operations.
